Teammate’s Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert’s relationship might not me “salvageable” according to a source with knowledge of the situation.

After Mitchell and Gobert both being diagnosed with and both having recovered from the deadly virus Mitchell is still irritated about Gobert’s careless attitude over the corona virus threat previous to being diagnosed. 

Utah Jazz are working on rebuilding the relationship, although Mitchell is still being reluctant. There is confidence that over time the relationship might be rebuilt. The league being paused might be advantageous for Utah Jazz with the current situation.

Teammate Joe Ingles is confident their team is going to be totally fine. He says, it’s on Donovan and Rudy to sort things out, if one is frustrated with the other. But Ingles has no doubt that when they go back to training, the team is going to be what they have been and what they are. He repeats: “I’m confident our team will be completely fine. The [team’s] chemistry will be fine.”
